These terms are between you and ZAY FUTURE LTD (“we”, “us”), a company registered in the United Kingdom. The public product is branded ZayGuide. By paying for a placement you agree to these terms, the Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Content Guidelines.
You are buying a paid advertising tile on Events SG for the listed package and price in Singapore dollars. This is not a partnership, sponsorship or endorsement by Formula 1, Singapore GP, event organisers, or ZayGuide.
The merchant of record is ZAY FUTURE LTD. Cards are processed by Stripe. Payment does not publish the tile. Every listing stays pending until we approve it.
You must have the right to use the business name, photos and links. Destination URLs must go to your real venue or booking page. You must not claim official Formula 1 or Singapore GP status.
We may reject, edit, move or suspend a listing that breaks the guidelines, is unsafe, is misleading, or uses official marks. Slot position can change if a category is full. Caps are limited (about 25 featured spots for this event board).
The wall is a discovery aid. We do not guarantee traffic, bookings or scan volume. We are not responsible for venue availability, menus, prices or race-weekend road closures.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief anywhere a listing is shown.
